Khandro Tsering Chödrön was extremely kind and she had all the qualities that are described in the tantras of a genuine dakini.
Her voice was so beautiful that whoever heard it was completely captivated. In terms of her mind, she practised and perfected the Dzogchen teachings.
Everything she did was so special that anyone who spent time with her could see how extraordinary she was, and the way she did things.
For example, she had not the slightest attachment or desire for money or wealth. She would never say “Do this,” or “Don’t do that”: She never held onto any reference or point of view. Her mind never grasped at anything. Yet, she would spontaneously accomplish whatever she wanted to do.

In Memory of Khandro Tsering Chödrön 
I understand from this letter from O.T.tinpoche that Khandro was an incredible dakini, fully accomplished.
I felt her blessing when I saw here at Lerab Ling in the summer of 2008, she came and set a the table where I was drinking soop. She just looked at me for a short time, then she left .
I still feel her blessings and she comes in my heart when I sing benza Guru melody.
I pray that although she went to Sukawati her blessings will remain for ever for all sentient beings.
